(SJD) airport the small town of Los Barriles is nestled into the
Sea of Cortez. Los Barriles is an extraordinary place.
Here you will find white sandy beaches, coral reefs, panoramic
mountains. A great lifestyle and destination for fishing.

San Jose del Cabo (SJD) airport - this is the closest international airport. Fly into SJD then take
a taxi or drive up to Los Barriles. Only an hour!

Los Barriles - this is the small town where Baja Sur Fly Fishers operations is based. Jim will
make arrangements to meet you for your day of fishing. There are great restaurants and hotels
in the area so call for suggestions.

Punta Pescadero - a beautifully tucked away location about 15 miles north of Los Barriles. Rent
some ATVs in Los Barriles and ride up to Punta Pescadero for the afternoon. You'll drive along
a one lane road on the cliffs above the Sea of Cortez. Passing homes perched right on the cliff
and you'll see huge cactus, pelicans flying overhead and the warm sun on your back.

Todo Santos - a great day trip to a lovely little Mexican town of approximately 4,000 residents.
Location of The Eagles famous song, Hotel California. Rent a car or hire a cab to drive you to
Todo Santos, you won't be sorry. Great shopping on the street, small art galleries and
wonderful food await you.
